Altistart is a series of softstarts produced by Telemecanique. Available in numerous different ranges, the Altivar family is suited to a wide variety of applications. The Altivar 01 series, for example, is made for applications including small compressors, fans and conveyors whilst the Altivar 48 is not only suited to fans, conveyors and compressors, but also pumps and high inertia machines.
