Description

A propos de ce produit

Voici tout ce que vous devez savoir

The Allen Bradley 1747-PIC is an RS-232 to RS-485 interface converter for the SLC-500 PLC family. Allen Bradley provide a number of recommendations to ensure users get the most from their interface converter. These include:

  • The 1747-PIC works only with COM1 and COM2 serial ports
  • Infrared ports on the computer need to be disabled to prevent resource conflicts (if applicable)
  • Power management systems can stop the 1747-PIC driver from using the resources it needs. To prevent this problem disable the power management system. ACPI (advanced configuration and power interface) can also interfere with part
  • The 1747-PIC requires exclusive access to the COM port. When setting up the driver, checking the "Reserve COM port for exclusive use by this driver" option prevents any conflicts
