The Allen Bradley 1756-PA72 is a power supply module for the ControlLogix series of programmable logic controllers.  A jumper is used to switch the voltage between 120V AC and 240V AC.  Installing the power supply is easy - simply align the circuit board of the power supply with the card guides on the left side of the chassis then slide the power supply in until it is flush with the chassis.
