The Allen Bradley 1785-LT2 is a modular processor module (CPU) for the PLC-5 series of programmable logic controller. The module is also referred to as PLC-5/25 in some of the Rockwell literature. The CPU supports up to 1024 i/o which can be configured (i.e. 1024 out) to suit the process requirements of the operation. 13K memory words of memory provides amble storage for most PLC-5 user programs, however this can be expanded to 17K or 21K for most complex programs. The AB 1785-LT also has the power to support 8 I/O racks and features 1 DH+ port as well as 1 Remote I/O port (adapter or scanner).
