Description

A proposito di questo prodotto

Ecco tutto quello che c'è da sapere

Compact, efficient and easy to operate, the CIMR-J7AZB0P20 is a 0.25kW, A, AC inverter from the Varispeed mini J7 series manufactured by Yaskawa. It has a range of benefits for the user, and it fits easily into your panel due to its compact design.

Easy to Operate

The whole VS mini J7 series is designed to be user friendly. With one-touch mounting and detaching from DIN rails and one-touch fan replacement, maintaining your CIMR-J7AZB0P20 VSD is easy. A frequency volume setting knob makes operation control extremely simple and the main circuit terminal wiring is designed to be similar to a contactor for further ease of use.

CIMR-J7AZB0P20 Features & Functions

Like other series of VFDs manufactured by Yaskawa, the VS mini J7 series has an extensive range of features and functions such as:

  • Automatic torque boost - Smooth machinery start up due to the excellent starting torque of 150%/3 Hz. The automatic torque boost function allows the inverter to calculate the required torque automatically. The function adjusts V for the required torque in both constant speed operation and during acceleration.
  • Protective functions - These include a high-speed current limiting function and a built-in inrush current suppression circuit. The high-speed current limiting function minimises over-current trips for enhanced trip-less operation.
  • Easy maintenance - Cooling fan life is extended due to the cooling fan ON/OFF control. Maintenance is also made easy because of the one touch mounting and detaching.
  • Wide range of input/outputs - Multi-function I/O terminals, 0-10 V, 4-20 mA or 0-20 mA inputs, in addition to the analogue monitors that are available. You can also set multi-function inputs to PNP or NPN, increasing the number of possible applications. MEMOBUS protocol is also available as an option.
  • Easy wiring and installation - Control and main circuit terminals are screw-type, leading to simple wiring and increased reliability. The main circuit terminals are also arranged in upper and lower rows, enabling wiring similar to that of a contactor for maintenance free operation.
  • Easy drive management - PC support tool available and the operator has a copy function for constant upload/download.
