With OEM trained engineers, bespoke test rigs and an excessive amount of spare parts we are able to deliver the ultimate repair service for Control Techniques elevator drives. PARAMETER BACKUP
A standard part of our elevator drive procedure is the backing up of your parameters. We do this to save you time once your drive is returned. We understand that the parameters are often more important to the user than the drive itself so wherever possible we back them up to put them back in your drive before returning your repaired unit. We can also provide a copy of them so you can keep them safe for the future.
SPARE PARTS AND REPLACEMENT UNITS
When the worst happens and your elevator drive is irreparable, we can help you out with a high quality spare or replacement unit. At our warehouse in Blackburn, Lancashire we have thousands of parts on the shelf from current and obsolete product ranges. All of our used items are refurbished and come with a full 2 year warranty, plus we provide free shipping to the UK and Europe.
We can also specify replacement elevator drives. If your drive is obsolete and it is taking time to source an identical model, we could have a suitable modern replacement on the shelf. We can set up your drives so they are ready to go as soon as they are installed. All we need from you is your wiring diagrams and we will do the rest.
