About the Manufacturer

Watlow may be mostly known as a popular manufacturer of temperature controllers, and we certainly have a few of those in stock here at Northern Industrial, but they are a huge company who provide a range of automation solutions including heating, sensors and controllers. In fact, Watlow are the largest custom designer and manufacturer of industrial electric heaters, sensors and controllers in the world. The Watlow name comes from the "low-watt" heaters the company made to replace the existing steam ones back when they were founded in the early 1920s. Now, almost 100 years later, Watlow employ over 2000 people globally with 12 manufacturing facilities in all corners of the world including America, Europe, Mexico and Asia.
