The Allen Bradley 1785-LT is a modular processor module (CPU) for the PLC-5 series of programmable logic controller. The module is also referred to as PLC-5/15 in some of the Rockwell literature. The CPU supports up to 512 i/o which can be configured (i.e. 512 out) to suit the process requirements of the operation. 6K memory words of memory provides amble storage for most PLC-5 user programs, however this can be expanded to 10K or 14K for more complex programs. The AB 1785-LT also has the power to support 4 I/O racks and features 1 DH+ port as well as 1 Remote I/O port (adapter or scanner).
