22B-E1P7H204 is a VFD from the Allen Bradley PowerFlex 40 series. These a variable speed drive are easy to use, compact and offer performance enhancing motor control. 22B-E1P7H204 is a  kW,  A, VSD. The PowerFlex 40 family is similar to the PowerFlex 4 series except it has additional I/O and sensorless vector control.

Features of the 22B-E1P7H204

The PowerFlex 40 series of VSDs has a diverse selection of features, some of which include:

  • IP20 NEMA/UL type open, IP20 flange-mount, IP66 NEMA/UL Type 4X/12 and DIN rail
  • Optional IP30 NEMA/UL type 1 conversion kit
  • Ambient temperatures up to 50°C permitted with minimal spacing between drives
  • Zero Stacking Drives for ambient temperatures up to 40°C
  • V/Hz and sensorless vector control, as well as process PID
  • Internal RS 485 and Common Industrial Protocol (CIP) communications including DeviceNet, ControlNet, and EtherNet/IP communication
  • Internal RS 485 Communications for communication with peripherals
  • Optional serial converter module for use with any controller with DF1 messaging
  • Optional ControlNet, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, Profibus DP, BACnet, and LonWorks communications
  • Drive overload protection, ramp regulation, and flying start
  • StepLogic allows operation as an independent position controller
  • Configuration and programming via integral LCD keypad, remote keypad, DriveTools SP software, or DriveExplorer software
  • Premier Integration with PowerFlex AC drives uses the Logix control platform to simplify parameter and tag programming and reduce development time

  • Drive Explorer Software - This is an entry level software package for easy online programming and maintenance. It has Windows Internet Explorer style navigation
