6SL3511-0PE24-0AM0 comes from the Sinamics G110D series which is kind of like a 'lite' version of the G120D but still with a broad variety of features. This range of inverters is designed by Siemens to provide open loop control of induction motors and is specifically optimised for use in conveyor related plants and systems. Although it is a simpler version of the G120D there is no scrimping on functions. G110D inverters use AS-Interface to allow reliable maintenance and plant wide engineering in addition to bus parameterisation and diagnostics.
