The Mitsubishi AD61 is a high speed counter module design to accept input pulses at frequencies up to 50 kHz. Count input pulses with risa and fall times of as little as 500 us can becounted. The AD61 has a wide counting range: from 0 to 16,777,215. The counter can be preset or disabled by external signals, as well as fom the sequence program in the host PLC CPU.  Other features such as a ring conunter function and external outputs are also available.
