AC Inverter Drive 1.5KW 8A
Description

About this product

Here is all you need to know

The CIMR-J7ACB1P50 is variable frequency drive from the Varispeed mini J7 series manufactured by Yaskawa. This drive has a compact design enabling it to fit easily into your panel. CIMR-J7ACB1P50 is a 1.5kW, A, 200...240V AC inverter with a range of benefits for the user.

Easy to Operate

The user friendly design of the CIMR-J7ACB1P50 and the rest of the Yaskawa VS mini J7 series consists of one-touch cooling fan replacement and one-touch DIN rail mounting and detaching. This makes it easier to maintain your variable frequency drive. Ease of use is further promoted by the use of a frequency volume setting knob to control operation. The main circuit terminals are also laid out in upper and lower rows to enable wiring similar to a contactor.

CIMR-J7ACB1P50 Features & Functions

Yaskawa are known for their high-quality, efficient, reliable variable frequency drives, and the VS mini J7 series is no different. The CIMR-J7ACB1P50 has an impressive array of features and functions such as:

  • Automatic torque boost - Smooth machinery start up due to the outstanding starting torque of 150%/3 Hz. The automatic torque boost function enables the variable frequency drive to calculate the required torque automatically. The function adjusts V for the required torque in both constant speed operation and during acceleration.
  • Protective functions - These include a high-speed current limiting function and a built-in inrush current suppression circuit. The high-speed current limiting function minimises over-current trips for enhanced trip-less operation.
  • Easy maintenance - Cooling fan life is extended due to the cooling fan ON/OFF control. Maintenance is also made easy because of the one touch mounting and detaching.
  • Wide array of input/outputs - Multi-function I/O terminals, 0-10 V, 4-20 mA or 0-20 mA inputs, in addition to the analogue monitors that are available. You can also set multi-function inputs to PNP or NPN, increasing the number of possible applications. MEMOBUS protocol is also available as an option.
  • Simple wiring and installation - Control and main circuit terminals are screw-type, leading to simple wiring and better reliability. The main circuit terminals are also arranged in upper and lower rows, enabling wiring similar to that of a contactor for maintenance free operation.
  • Simple drive management - PC support tool available and the operator has a copy function for constant upload/download.
