VSDs for standard applications

The Lenze 8200 Vector inverter drive range provides excellent motor control in a flexible, adaptable and easy-to-use package. From small 0.25kW AC drives through to 90kW, the Lenze 8200 Vector range is suitable for a wide range of applications and comes with everything required for easy operation, monitoring, troubleshooting and communication. As well as the large power range, you can further tailor the drives to your application with pluggable function modules.

Ready to go

Right from the off, each new inverter comes with preset parameters for controlled acceleration and deceleration using set acceleration and deceleration times and assignment of inputs and outputs with standard functions.

Easy to operate

Despite their high levels of functionality, these inverter drives are simple to operate and handle thanks to the clear menu structure and user-guided commissioning. The Global Drive Control easy (GDC Easy) software for parameterising makes it quick and easy to parameterise and run diagnostics.

Communication options

You can incorporate the Lenze 8200 drives into your system with a range of plug-in bus modules including popular fieldbus systems like AS Interface, CAN, CANopen, DeviceNet, Ethernet, Interbus and Profibus.

Added flexibility

Due to its modular structure, you can optimise 8200 inverters to your application. This makes running this range extremely cost-effective without compromising on high performance. From standalone AC drives with setpoint selection by potentiometer or bus networked drives, you can adapt each VSD to your application.

Clear keypad

Accessing all inverter parameters is easy with the XT keypad which enables you to manoeuver through the clear menu structure using eight keys and a text display. The keypad also provides status display, error messages and has built-in memory for transferring settings to other VSDs.

Adapts to your load

Each Lenze 8200 Vector drive can be adapted to loads with torque requirements rising in a constant or quadratic manner due to the selectable form of the V/f characteristic. Drives can also be easily restarted when the shaft is still turning thanks to the integrated flying restart circuit.
