About the Manufacturer

The FX0-14MR-ES is part of the FX0 family of programmable logic controllers introduced by Mitsubishi in 1990 following on from the  F,F1 and F2 series and production continued for 12 years until 2002.  A number of options of supply voltage and quantity and type of inputs and outputs made this a very popular model for simple applications where the lack of expansion capability did not cause an issue.  After main production had finished Mitsubishi continued to support this model for another 7 years, with repair support ending in June 2009 and users being advised to upgrade to the FX1s series.
