Mitsubishi manufacture a broad variety of modular and 'brick' type PLCs which all have different specifications. The Mitsubishi FX-48MT-ESS is a 'brick' type PLC from the FX family of micro controllers. Each base unit from the FX series has a CPU, power supply and I/O incorporated and this can be expanded with extension boards, extension I/O modules, special function modules, memory extension and operator terminals. The FX48MTESS has a 120-240 VAC power supply, 2K memory, 24 digital outputs and 24 digital inputs. See more specifications for this PLC in the table below.
