The Mitsubishi QD75M4 is a positioning module specifically designed for bridging long distances between module and drive system. These positioning modules are part of the System Q PLC family which is a modular PLC that allows users to add or remove modules as necessary to their application. A broad range of modules are available for the System Q family including the QD75M4 positioning module. This module has a number of special features including:

  • Control of up to four axis with linear interpolation
  • Storage of up to 600 positional data in the flash ROM (no back up battery necessary)
  • Units of travel can be defined in pulses, degrees, inches or mm
  • Configuration and presetting of all 600 positional data is performed via the PLC program or with the aid of the programming software GX Configurator QP
  • Operation across the motion network SSCNET
