About the Manufacturer

Sigma is a family of servo amplifiers made by the Japanese company Yaskawa. There are two different series within the family - Sigma II and Sigma 5 - both of which provide precise control of your servo motors. They both offer flexibility with a selection of option modules.

Sigma II and Sigma 5 both offer a high-quality servo solution. Sigma II is available up to 55kW and can be set to speed, torque or position control whilst the high-performance Sigma 5 is unmatched in its frequency response, enjoys reduced setting times, set up is fast and easy, tuning is simple and vibration is suppressed.
