Here is all you need to know

The Telemecanique TSXRAM12816 is removable battery backed RAM cartridge, installed in the processor comprises:

A colour-coded extractor tab : Red for a RAM memory
An opaque sliding panel to protect the EPROM memories.
A locating device.
An identification label
128K word memory capacity

The TSX-RAM-12816 read/write memory used for program creation and debugging. It is backed up by a battery when the cartridge is powered down (5 weeks max). It can be loaded from a terminal, on-line or from the TSX TPE 020 1 cartridge programmer.
