Here is all you need to know

The Telemecanique TSXRPM12816 is removable EPROM cartridge, installed in the processor comprises:

A colour-coded extractor tab : Black for a EPROM memory
An opaque sliding panel to protect the EPROM memories.
A locating device.
An identification label
128K word memory capacity

The TSX-RPM-12816 is read-only memory used once the program has been debugged. It can loaded from a terminal or by the TSX TPE 020 1 cartridge programmer. EPROM memory cartridges must be completely erased in the TSX EPE 1 or 2 ultraviolet eraser before they can be rewritten.
