About the Manufacturer

Dold are a well-known manufacturer of safety products including relays, timers, monitoring and control devices. The company was started in 1928 by Emil Dold with the first relays being manufactured in 1936. Since they made the first relay, Dold have had a number of innovations such as the first modular panel mounted timer in 1967, the first DC-brake system in 1982 and the first emergency stop module in 1988.
