The Allen Bradley 1791-IOBB is a block I/O module for use in modular PLC systems. This module has two 6-position DIP switches which allow you to sit the starting I/O group, DH-485 terminator, I/O rack number, last state, transmission (baud) rate and last chassis. Block I/O are small, self-contained remote I/O devices that have their own power supply, programmable controller interface, input/output connections and signal conditioning circuitry. The 1791-IOBB has 10 sinking inputs and 6 sourcing outputs. You can see more technical information in the specifications table below.
